…Beautiful day in Southern California. We have been very busy trying to sell the property ay 895 N Mar Vista in Pasadena. The property needs modest updating; but is a perfect investment. We held seven Open Houses in 15 days. Over 100 groups visited. The general feeling was very positive; but not enough to capture an offer.

We are seriously fastened into an “L-shaped” recovery. Many people are thwarted by the gravity of the situation (situational gravity). The economy and uncertainty about the future is causing an obstacle in the marketplace.

The market in many cities has bottomed out. Prices will only go up from here.
