The Richard Realty Team believes the American economy wants to return to health. We believe the biggest obstacle is government spending. Government spending represents the central authority's control of the economy. In 2010 it is estimated all government spending in the US will represent 44% of the GDP. All things considered; this is the highest rate in American history. Government is a necessary expense; but the American ideal isn't built on expenses; America is built on the ideal we all get an opportunity to compete; in pursuit of our individual freedom. At one point government smothers us and we become just like the other failed governments in human history.
